I have called 7 cities air for any issues I had with my AC for the last 3 years and will recommend them to family, friends and all. Vinson is a gentleman who knows the business. I can trust him to be honest, timely, do a good work and priced fairly. They’re not trying to oversell, like most other companies. They listen to their customers and meet their needs with heating and cooling.

Great experience with 7 Cities Air. The owner Eric Heckstall, Call the morning of our scheduled appointment. He informed that the system was down and was going to have to push us back. Initially I didn’t want to hear that because I had took off for that day, but Mr. Heckstall assured me that his team would stay late and get the job done. Needless to say they did exactly that!! Worked through the night and completed the task. We are very impressed and satisfied with 7 Cities Air!

Might just be lucky, but they booked me on one day’s notice. Their site allows tracking of the technician for your convenience, and the technician arrived early in the window and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would hire again.
