“Nathan came today to do the yearly checkup on my HVAC system. I didn’t realize that the check up program that I had purchased covered up to 3 systems. No one had done or said anything at the six month check up. I am so thankful that Nathan noticed the second system and took the time to check the other system! He explained that that system was barely working which was the reason why my electric bill was so high and how the mark on my ceiling had happened again because of the faulty system in my attic. He explained what would be needed to fix the system. I asked what a new system would cost. It’s too bad this didn’t happen six months ago that I could have gotten a discount getting two systems at the same time and wouldn’t have a mark on my ceiling from a faulty system. Nevertheless, I so appreciate Nathan’s expertise along with his patience answering the numerous questions. I also appreciated getting the facts so that I could make an informed decision. There was no high pressure sales pitch. I have decided to get a new system. While at my home, Nathan arranged an appointment for the salesperson to meet with me tomorrow.
