So I was accused of strangling my soon to be ex wife with a chain (never happened) all because I left her for another girl! I was charged with a felony and thrown in jail Virginia has a presumption against bond with strangulation cases but Brian went to bat for me and he got me bail! He fought tooth and nail for me and even requested transcripts from Pennsylvania to show this never happened! I have been so sick to my stomach over this because at the end of the day this is a life altering charge but Brian assured me that he had my best interest at heart and would do whatever he could to prove my innocence! Excellent law firm! Barb at the front desk is organized, patient and compassionate. As a restaurant owner, I regularly work with Brian S Scheid, who is highly skillful, knowledgeable, ethical and professional. He provides excellent advice and representation. His rates are reasonable and I can sleep soundly at night knowing he has my back. Don't be fooled by the small town location. These guys are the best!
