This place is dope. Very fast turn around on cleaning. The only reason I took off a star is for the press. Slacks came back with a double crease which I hate. Other than that service was great!Update: Upgraded to 5 stars for excellent customer service. I was contacted by the store to bring my slacks back to have them pressed. That really meant a lot.

Regular desk staff was friendly & warm. The seamstress wasn’t as friendly but she wasn’t rude either. She was nice enough to let me request a Wednesday pickup date on Monday. However she apparently knocked it out by Tuesday! I was supposed to get a text but I didn’t so I still ended up getting it on Wednesday but kiddos to her for the amazing speed!The only negative aspect of it that I will comment on is the price. I was charged $18 to hem a regular, cotton/polyester Tommy Hilfiger dress that was completely UNLINED. I’m new to the area but I’ve gotten dresses hemmed for $10 in the past so Zips charging almost $20 is insane.

I went in for some shirts to be DRY CLEANED. The staff advised me on getting the shirts laundered and the stain removed. She not only saved me money but the shirts looked as new. The stains on the collar and cuffs were removed. I just dropped off the rest of my dress clothes. Definitely trust this place.
