Great customer service! I totally screwed up and unknowingly booked the wrong dates. They quickly and painlessly made it work for us. Then I completely screwed up the pick up time and showed up when they were technically closed. Yet again they quickly worked with me again and with nothing less than friendly service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have used Wagging Tails several times and my two dogs love it. I get them a double kennel so they are together with enough room to move and cuddle when they want to. I will continue to go there. The people treat the dogs like their own. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a weekend or long vacation stay for their dogs. Also, they offer a grooming too so if you want your dog washed and cleaned they can do that too.

I have used these folks a number of times with different dogs. We were gone for a week, left instructions and food for taking care of our shih Tzu. When we returned. He was a happy puppy and seem to be no worse for the wear. The ladies are there have always been very cordial and nice and cooperative.
