Very nice facility, competent and pleasant staff, and great attention to detail. The staff at Woody helped to make what can be an unpleasant experience for a family as pleasant as humanly possible. Angelyn, our director at Woody, was particularly helpful in facilitating the additional communication and work required to help me make arrangements from out of town to get our loved one transferred from out of state back home to Richmond. Thanks to her/their professionalism, when I arrived the day before services in Richmond, I was able to be confident that all the details and preparations were in place. Highly recommended, without reservation.
From the quick response, transition of a deceased love one, to the burial, Woody did a fine service for my Late brother including arrangements. They are second to none in aiding your time of grief and loss.
I thought this was going to be hard and I would be crying. No one wants to face death and preparing their own funeral arrangements. Your staff made me feel so comfortable and made this so easy. I never been happier cause I got everything I wanted and I made it easy for my love ones. My love ones will be stress free and knowing I am happy cause I got the services I wanted. Thanks to your knowledgeable staff. She took her time and explained everything to me. Answer all my questions. I would recommend everyone preplan their funeral. They have a budget that will work for you.
