DO NOT GO TO THIS VET OR THE GROOMER INSIDE! Our dog got groomed there and in the car on the way home had breathing issues and coughing up blood. This wasn't his vet, he was only there to get groomed, but due to the emergency situation and his being across town, my mom turned the car around and went back to Winterfield vet for immediate help. They were barely sympathetic and were not giving her answers. He unfortunately passed away under their care, still with no TRUE answers to what happened that day (at the groomer) to on set this emergency. I would give 10 stars if I could. We have taken our labradoodle to these wonderful people for 14 years. He was so loved and cared for by everyone from the front desk, the groomers (LOVE Gayla!!!), the Vet Techs (esp Hillary and Lydia) and the vets (esp Dr. White and Dr Willis)!! They are all so patient and take the time to listen and offer their expertise with compassion. Their Jobs are not easy a lot of days and often they are met with emotional pet family members who take out their fears and frustrations on them. I have witnessed how much they care very much for each animal that comes through the door and strive to give the very best care they can. I would highly recommend... read full review

I was really hoping for a great experience but sadly it was far from it. I scheduled a morning drop off for a procedure that required anesthesia. I picked my 75 lb dog up after work as scheduled only to find that he was completely soaked in urine. He was left in a kennel for far too long laying in his own urine. He was given IV fluids during his stay and they should have known he'd have needed to relieve himself multiple times throughout the day. They gave a standard apology and told me an office manager would be in touch. No one ever called. Not even to follow up to see how he was doing.
