They beat Lowe’s quote and were flexible and so easy to work with. It was also easy to deal with just wertz and not several contractors. From start to finish, our experience with Wertz was excellent. They offered great advice and assistance when I was selecting flooring options and provided us with samples to take home (they even had samples they didn’t have in store mailed directly to us). I felt well informed throughout the process, which is awesome when tackling a big project. The contractors were professional and did exceptional work. They even helped us problem solve an issue that we discovered after removing carpeting from one room. We are so happy we went with Wertz Flooring. Our floors look beautiful! We recently had flooring installed by Wertz and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. They are knowledgeable and genuinely care about their customers’ satisfaction. There was never an attempt to upsell. On the contrary, they transparently presented options for us in all different price ranges and allowed us to decide which best met our needs. We got to borrow samples to take home which helped us finalize our selections, and I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get the product in stock and installed. The installation crew did a phenomenal job as well. I highly recommend Wertz and will definitely use them again if I need new flooring in the future.
