Love coming to this location. They're the quickest with online pickup orders in my option. I've also been successfully shade matched here 3 times (shoutout to Toya and Chaya)! Customer service is always great and they always have helpful staff floating around the store.
Nothing real exciting. They had the products I needed so I oyrchased them. The experience was a online order Puck up in the store. The actual exchange was sloppy. The associate didn't know how to handle an instore customer pickup. Someone came to assist her with my pickup. No excellent customer service was shown to me. I like the products this store carries, I am not impressed with the employees who work there.
LOVE going here! Not only are the employees helpful but they are SO kind and really go out of their way to make your experience in the store enjoyable! They are an amazing example of wonderful customer service and they make my day every time I go in there! Thanks for being awesome humans and making the world a better place, ya’ll! :]
