My first visit to Sona was very pleasant. The receptionist was pleasant and professional. The dermatologists' assistant was nice, attentive and friendly as well. The doctor listened to all repeat all of my concerns, even my personal ones. I will recommend this office and make another appointment.
I absolutely love spending time at Sona and I'm a loyal customer. I've been an elite member for a few years, and I definitely plan to continue taking advantage of the savings, specials, and services. The receptionists are very knowledgeable about the specials, memberships, and products. They have always been reliable and accommodating. As for the services, Kelly Gerloff is my go-to person! I absolutely adore her and trust her with my entire face.
