10/10 Every time!! I’m never disappointed from the ease of booking an appointment to checking out after my services. My last service was with Alex and she was wonderful!! She gave me 5⭐️care. I just wish they had a better membership deal, but I’m sold on everything else. (Midlothian)
I went to the Short Pump location, Patti and Justin were both awesome. I had never had a body wrap before, and Patti took extra time to explain everything to me. Justin was very considerate about my comfort during the massage. I felt amazing after my appointment. This was my first time at Scents of Serenity and will definitely be back. I would recommend Patti and Justin 100%.
