First - JJ is probably the coolest healer you will ever meet! She is so compassionate and intuitive. The first time I ever met her for an energy healing session, I was instantly at ease. She is an old soul. I felt like we had been friends for years (and it was our first meeting!).I went to her because I had experienced healing touch to deal with stress, back when my father was in hospice years ago. It's really hard to explain, but after just one visit my mental health has more clarity than at any time in a very long time. My body feels better and I think the best way to describe my Sacred Fire Energy Healing Session is a huge weight I was putting on myself was taken off. This is something I will do again and think everyone should experience it once.

I started my healing journey with JJ about 4 years ago. I was in a transitional state in my life, where the usual "self care" stuff just wasn't cutting it anymore. I'd heard of Reiki and energy/breath work, but had never explored these as options. I was connected to JJ at the perfect time and decided to take the plunge.I wasn't sure what to expect during our first session, however, it far exceeded anything I'd ever imagined.
