Just wanted to give big recognition to the technician Brendan for coming out and taking his time with my water damage issue.!! He was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I will definitely call Jeremy Ford and RVA restoration again. Hopefully I won’t have to though!! Thanks again!

I was so stressed out when I had flooding at my home. I was regreting the whole repair process. RVA made the process smooth. Jesse was keeping me informed thru the full process. He was awesome so professional & even replaced & installed my bathroom mirror that was broken by another company during the painting. Mindy was awesome & did not push me for a pymt. I was able to wait until I got all the money from the insurance company and pay at once. Thanks for making what I thought was going 2 be a very painful experience less painful.

RVA Restoration started working on my house January 13th 2024. I had extensive water damage to my kitchen, basement and garage. When I called RVA Restoration at 2AM on a Sunday morning Jeff Smith and his team were at my house at 7AM to start the estimating and renovation process. I am very pleased with the craftmanship, knowledge and integrity, along with their extended working hours and friendly communication with every visit.
