From the meeting with Anthony to discuss our project, the measuring of our current windows for the replacement windows, to the installation crew we were impressed with the professionalism of everyone.Scheduling of the project went very smoothly and the crew showed up promptly on the date and time we were told. The crew did an outstanding job and after they left, you would never have known that we had new windows put in.Some follow-up work needed to be done. It was promptly scheduled and taken care of.We are extremely pleased with the windows and are already noticing a difference in the warmth of the upstairs in our home.

It was a wonderful experience. Joe our sales representative was great to work with. The installation went very well. They did more that expected. We are extremely happy with the windows and would recommend Refresh to those who would ask. The only slight complaint was how long it took for the windows to come in.
