I had Paragon replace some windows, exterior door, siding, and drywall and trim for some insulation work I had done by another company. They were exceedingly professional and kept me in the loop the entire time. When things out of their control went wrong (paint color not matching) they owned it and asked how they could make it right. I appreciated their honesty and will definitely use them in the future.
