I'm familiar with the Hull St location only Each time I went for an appointment I was immediately greeted at check in and wait time was minimal The entire staff, PTs, Med Assistants and interns were friendly professional and helpful. Willing to answer and explain any and all questions. The atmosphere was pleasant, making what could have been uncomfortable exercises much easier to do. The facility was clean and bright I hope I don't ever need their services again, but would nit hesitate to return to this facility for needed care.

I went there for Physical Therapy, not to see a Dr. There appears to be some confusion on reviews. The staff implementing physical therapy to injured or hurting people are competent, very caring & have a hopeful and cheerful disposition. They are quite busy and respond efficiently.

Started off very good but after my scheduled appointments ran out during snow & ice this winter I was unable to contact them to make new appts.. none of the OV PT numbers worked, and the main number went to a fast busy signal.. I even called my therapist directly & left a message and he failed to respond.. my program was supposed to run into Apr and this was early Feb.. I tried for weeks, and now I've given up.. no program spin down or exit with advice for moving forward.. just nothing from the. So disillusioned and disappointed
