Called three times to reschedule after my surgery was moved up. Finally drove there and was greeted by and older woman who could care less about getting any patients or doing any work. Seemed bother to check the schedule and was pleased when I said id go somewhere else.
If this is how the front desk is Im grateful they wont have the chance to do my rehab.
Poor representative of anything involving hull street ortho Virginia PT.

I don't know how many others have been given the green light after they finish checking insurance but Ortho Va just dropped the ball, and they seek judgement.......there is a good chance you were not served due process to know you are suppose to be in court....and represent yourself...... Well, Ortho Va exposed......sought judgment but failed the most basic step protected by the court and Constitution, either over looked by the Judge or misled but a judgement was rendered without Service!!! The Alexandria General District Court vacated the judgement! If you had same experience or need to talk email [email protected] together we can overcome bad players.. ..oh I had 2 hip surgeries by another Ortho Group i will refer, probablely the oldest best performing Ortho in area with awesome skills, value and integrity!

orthovirginia, is an ambush where they overbill their patient and they play games with the insurance companies trying to scam naive and ignorant pacifist . their finance department never answer to calls , Never.... it's an insult to any medical provider nationwide ..... just trash .
