We have been going to Oasis for about 4 years now, before they had their current location. Dr Rice and Dr Hale are the absolute BEST!!! All of the staff are amazing. They have taken care of our dog, two ferrets and our chameleon and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our babies. We’ve been through a lot with this practice and they have been beyond amazing through some very difficult times. They are awesome during the fun times too! I recommend them to everyone I know.
Was squeezed in today for a rabbit Boe who had been injured while trying to bond with another. Highly recommend- everyone so super nice from me frantically calling around the morning of to the vet and the lady who helped show us how to administer meds. I had zero vet experience but am so pleased with the care Boe received. Thanks you all!!
Caring, professional, client-oriented small animal & exotics team. We met Dr. Rice when she was with another veterinary practice and followed her to Oasis. It's been exciting to see Dr. Rice's practice steadily grow and with good reason: Dr. Rice is an amazing vet - by far, the best vet care we've ever received for our guinea pigs, hamsters, and dogs. She is extremely knowledgeable, ethical, presents the full range of options, and brings a ton of empathy to pets and their owners. We are getting to know Dr. Hale who's also been great so far. The entire team - techs, front desk, groomers, and on - all go the extra mile for their clients. We cannot speak highly enough of the quality of care and personalized attention we have received there. Our dogs treated by Dr. Rice's team have ranged from super seniors to adolescents; from fosters with significant health challenges and behavioral issues to special needs dogs, big and small - all have been treated with the same loving attention to their health and quality of life. *Highly* recommend!
