“Carrie has been my personal trainer for the last year and a half, one day a week. She gives me my exercises, then mails me copies, and it is up to me to go to our fitness room and do them. She is very knowledgeable re: physiology which is important to me since I have some issues. She works around those issues so that no damage is done. I wish I could work with her for every workout!!
