I really recommend Midlothian Optometric Center; they don't waste your time and answer all questions. They accept Anthem HealthKeepers Plus but are not the best deal if you're trying to pay out of pocket (OOP). This can be different if your insurance is more flexible with what they'll cover.Exam: Took about 45 minutes, probably because I ask a lot of questions. Dr. Alsop is very thorough and makes sure to answer all questions and explains them well enough for anyone to understand.Eyeglasses: The in-house optician is really high energy and very sales-oriented. Straightforward services, and Dr. Alsop is awesome. She is a cool person, knows what she's doing, and it's always easy to go in and get my eye checkups/contacts/glasses Rxs. Friendly office staff as well.

Dr Alsop and her team are excellent. 6th eye doctor I’ve been to and this experience has been the best in terms of transparency, time taken to explain my exam findings, and overall patient care
