Had the same nail pop off twice wasn’t an issue at all since the nail was damaged however the second time when I came back they told me a longer nail was heavy… when I asked if I could have the others cut down and just painted they priced it at $50 dollars. The nails didn’t need more acrylic or even to be reshaped since they were square. The prior design had a seashell that was supposed to have lines of 3D and it instead was one glob. Will not be returning and wish I didn’t even let them cut down and change the color due to the price. Previous color or shape changes were max $15.
I have gone to this nail salon dozens of times. My nails always look really nice but for some reason the dip powder does not even last a full 2 weeks. I went in recently and asked for acrylic due to the dip not lasting long, and the tech told me no that dip was better and convinced me to get the dip again and said this time it would be better. One week later I already had 2 nails lifting at the cuticle so bad it was getting caught on my hair and pulling it out. I'm so happy with my nails! I did dip powder, and she was so quick! She took her time with the design and they turned out great! I'm really happy with the service, I will be back!
