I just had another appointment with Kat and had to come back and say she is by far one of the BEST people and providers in Richmond. She is supportive, helps me through my anxiety, offers to go above and beyond anything she needs to do, makes sure that the pricing is fair and reasonable. They’ve started a wonderful program that helps you save and she helped me choose the right one for me, which happened to be the lower cost one, that will allow me to trial some other options they offer and save me money on the treatment I get now. She’s even looking into ways for me to have LESS appointments long term. Last time she was able to get my traps to relax for the first time in 20 years with Botox. While I don’t get treated for cosmetic procedures from her, but for pain, I would be 100% confident she would do a beautiful job and have the best recommendations for me. Truly thankful to have been with them since they opened and are growing! Kat & Christian are the nicest, kindest and genuine people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Kat is just amazing at what she does! I’m terrified of needles but I need Botox for my neck and jaw, otherwise I am in tons of pain. Kat has worked hard to come up with unique approaches and techniques to help me. Christian has worked to help with costs and benefits to make sure I’m getting all that’s offered, as well as fitting me into appointments when things aren’t going well. I’ve seen lots of Kats work in terms of aesthetics but she is also amazing for TMJ and relief via Botox from those types of issues! I cannot recommend them enough.

Kat is awesome! She is so knowledgeable and caring. She gets to know you and values you as a person! She answers all questions so thoroughly and I felt so confident after her care! She’s the best!
