“Our first shot at using a professional cleaning agency. We are highly impressed! Desiree and Nicole provided our first “deep clean” prior to our bi-weekly schedule starting. The change was amazing. Our kitchen appliances looked like they just arrived. Kitchen was spotless. And the baseboards… my back and knees can’t handle getting them. Our baseboards are again shiny white… EVERYWHERE! Nicole (who handles QA) explained everything upon arrival… how they work, what they use and do, and provided a great follow up at the end. The house looks great. Neighbors came to check it out last night… and they were impressed… and they always say how clean we keep our house anyway!!! It was quite noticeable! A tip: We hate clutter! In fact, we made an effort to get as much ‘stuff’ off the counters and shelves as possible… something we always try to work on… but time takes over. It gave us a great “reset”… but both Desiree and Nicole mentioned how much better it makes it for them… less time moving and shifting things, more time devoted to cleaning backsplashes, etc. They did great and we are looking forward to the next visit in 2 weeks.
