If I could give this place negative stars I would. Came in to get my military uniforms cleaned since they was on my way from work and they was rude and not worthy of any of my business.. Don't come here. They do not value the customers!

Beware a tailor that won't hem jeans! Story - received a pair of mis-cut jeans from a store. They told me to keep them and refunded my money. I took them to be measured, cut and hemmed into capris. She flat out refused! Wouldn't measure them. Said customers are too unhappy with the result - warning bells - and come back to her and complain! So if she can't perform basic cutting and hemming, and customers complain, I guess it's a good thing she refused. Took both my dry cleaning and the dress (she already pinned that) and jeans and left! She followed me outside asking me for the invoice since it was her property! Told me I was mean. Wow. I think this was a blessing in disguise.

I had a bunch of dry cleaning to drop off today. I thought one of my daughter's items might have smelled like cat - I really wasn't sure (maybe urine, although my daughter says it was not). Either way, the woman quickly responded quite rudely that she couldn't take our dry cleaning due to something about it mixing with other customers' clothing (???) and then quickly moved on to the next customer. Wow. What an awful experience that I'm surprised to have gotten. Maybe something else is going on with this lady mentally? I don't know, but I felt the need to give a quick heads up to other potentially new customers. Based on how humiliated and unvalued I felt during my visit, not just as a potential customer but as a fellow human, I will, of course, never return to this dry cleaner. UPDATE: Just returned from Puritan Cleaners! FANTASTIC place so far! No problem with taking our dry cleaning and it will be ready by tomorrow!!! If they do a great job, I'll post a positive review for them! :D
