cut way shorter than what we discussed. Insisted on blow, drying it straight to "check the cut" most likely done t make it appear longer. Don't go if you have curly hair.

The entire team was very friendly and professional for the entirety of my appointment. My hair turned out exactly the way I asked! I would definitely recommend. The treatment made my hair feel, and look, soft & shiny.

I first went to Backstage in November, Karen cut and styled my hair.. she was very attentive and I was happy with the way it turned out!Saturday I knew I should have made an appointment somewhere, I needed a cut and I ended up back there, Karen was not there but there had been a cancellation and Marissa could take me. Marissa was great, I loved the hot towel treatment she gave me .. she was really nice she did exactly what I asked her to do .. she went out of her way to be sure I was satisfied.The girls at the front desk were also extremely personable , that always adds to a comfortable visit. I do think it's expensive and that's a real concern but as far as ability and attitude I don't think Marissa can be beat! Karen was also very anxious to please.. I think they're both talented and totally different different personalities.
