I am beyond grateful for the spectacular job that was done on my LC German Shepherd. I haven’t been able to find a groomer that does the job required for my boy. I have been bathing him myself but was never able to completely groom properly. He needed a deshedding something awful. I was nervous trying a new place and was pretty certain when the time came to pick him up I was going to be disappointed. I dropped him off at 8 at the Waterford location and my husband picked him up about 12:30. When they got home I cried the happiest tears I have ever cried. Excellent groomers! I’ve tried multiple mobile groomers, as well as taking my Golden,(Daisy G.) to a shop, and Bows & Bones is the best! We love Cara at the Waterford location!She does a beautiful job, and you can tell she loves dogs, which should be qualification #1!

I’ve been going here for a few years now and it has never disappointed, the staff is truly amazing and their care for the animals is admirable. Kate is extremely talented and has never let our family down. My baby loves her! ❤️
