I recently moved to Richmond and was looking for my new hairstylist. Erica had glowing reviews so I went to see her. Of course, right before my first appointment, my car's battery died and I was 30 minutes late. Erica was super gracious and accommodating of my delay. What I love about her is that she takes her time. You never feel rushed and she works with you on what you need. She gave me several care tips and also sold me some quality shampoo and conditioner at a far better price than I could've gotten it online. Happy to have found Erica and know my hair is in good hands

I was referred to Justyce after I moved here January. I trust her completely to make my hair beautiful. She is methodical and communicates a lot, asks questions, ask for your ideal hair and does wonders to make it happen. She's professional and my favorite colorist. I feel fortunate to have found her.

I usually go to the salon once or twice a year to get my layers cleaned up and dead ends removed. I always create a Pinterest board with haircuts I like, including video pins to show the stylist. One of the things that has been hard for me when visiting most salons- I have moderate hearing loss and the stylists have always been super chatty and ask tons of open ended questions. I usually can't understand 70% of what they say after Ive removed my hearing devices. That always takes makes me feel embarrassed when I keep asking them to repeat themselves or answer something they didnt ask.
