I have been using Affordable for years. They got squires out of my attic and repaired the damage. They repaired my ceiling from a second floor water leak. They eliminated mold and repaired structural damage from a kitchen leak into my crawl space. Basically I depend on them to fix any house or pest problem that comes up. They are Professional and Affordable........

They do such a great job! I called them because no one would come to my home in the northern neck and I had a HUGE problem with mold in my crawl space so I contacted this company and Ron got back to me very quickly, told me he would drive the 2 hours to where I am and give me a quote. The quote was very reasonable and obviously I agreed! They came the next week.. redid my whole crawl space! They took out everything, cleaned it, redid insulation, incapsulated it, did a french drain, did a sump pump and installed an air purifier in like 3 days. It was amazing!! Would definitely recommend this company.

We’ve used affordable exterminators and handyman for many smaller jobs throughout the years and have always been extremely satisfied with their work. We recently had them do a bigger job involving a renovation for an in-law suite with a bathroom that incorporated many handicap accessible accommodations. They did a top notch job and were very patient with us as we made some changes along the way based on my parents mobility needs and what would be best for them. The suite looks fabulous and the bathroom especially was beautifully done!!
