Pet Groomers near Middletown

“My parents have been taking their dog there for several years to get his nails trimmed & hair cut. This past time they went to get his hair cut it was awful. They brought him back the next day to explain why they were unhappy with the cut, not to get a refund or something for free, but to show the lady why they were unhappy in hopes she would understand & next time would be better. That is not at all what they experienced. She was argumentative trying to defend the cut & said he was acting unruly, which if you knew my parents dog is hard to believe. Most people like supporting small businesses but this is one that I will not recommend to anyone, not because of the bad hair cut but because of the poor customer service. “We looked at a couple groomers after we moved here and wasn't happy with the customer service or facilities however when we went to bark n call i was so pleasantly surprised when I took my pups here (doberman and two dachshunds). My dogs are not the best when it comes to grooming or getting their nails cuts but they looked and smelled absolutely amazing. Will definitely be returning. Their facility smelled clean and they had stalls instead of those tiny metal crates with metal walls which makes Me feel better too!!!! Highly recommend them!“

“I can't say enough good things about Sara. What she has done with my Bailey. A black lab who is terrified to get her nails done. She still is, but she now will get on the table and tolerate it thanks to Sara. Sara is patient gentle and kind with her. She calms her and greets her when she first arrives. She's very relaxed while working with her. Even though my dog is very anxious and sometimes can get a little crazy. She allows my husband or I to stay there with her and help keep her calm. I couldn't ask for a better place. The lady at the desk is also just as sweet.“
