“I just had New Line Construction reconfigure my attic. The company totally rebuilt the infrastructure of the attic. The house had major fire damage. The general contractor who had the contract to rebuild the house failed to put the correct trusses in the attic. These trusses did pass code but was a disaster for any type of storage.<br><br>New Line totally rebuilt the attic so as it is now very usable as a storage facility.<br><br>They did it without removing the current roof or without drilling access holes in the ceilings that other contractors proposed doing.<br><br>I've dealt with contractors in the past, and New Line is no doubt one of the most, if not not the most, professional and efficient contractors I've ever dealt with.<br>The quality of their work was first rate with a very competitive price.<br><br>Would I use New Line again? “They installed a kitchen faucet that I purchased from Home Depot. I tried them out even with mixed reviews on this site because the reviews were for door stuff. Pros: - Installation successful without any problems. Been a few weeks. No leaks under the sink - Friendly installers - Upfront pricing via the Home Depot (used them to find the contractor). They didn't have to visit just to give me a quote. Cons: - Asked for their license number so I could verify their plumbing license on the state website. Was difficult getting the license number from them. Was questioned in a phone call about why I needed it. Was told to email to ask for it and then didn't receive a response. Had to call them again. Much easier to verify other contractors.“
