My previous HVAC contractor didn't register my new house HVAC for 10 years warranty, after 7 years I've to pay $1480.96 to replace variable speed draft inducer, (a blower), my builder suggests me to use Climatic, when the service technician came to inspect, told me the drainage need reroute to avoid rust through eventually. I followed his advice and made the drainage trap correction, adding another $390 that was Nov 15, 2022.6-25-2022 weather was beautiful but my 8 year old Bryant Heat Pump stopped. I called Climatic, this time the technician found it caught on fire and burned on the inside panel with a charred smell, cause unknown, unfortunately no warranty due to not being registered under my name 8 years ago. Climatic changed the 2 ton 2 stage Bryant to a 2 ton 5 stage Carrier Heat Pump, promised in 2 days to complete the job with 10 years warranty certificate. Total $8621.Climatic finished the job in 2 days as promised, and on the same day I received a registered 10 years warranty in my email. I spent many uncomfortable days without HVAC and $10491.96 to correct the previous HVAC contractor who failed to register me with a 10 years warranty.I'm satisfied and happy with Climatic.Tsang-lang Liu

My heat pump went out at 4 pm on Friday and since I still had gas heat, the tech (Ron) came out on Monday morning. He discovered that a wire had shorted and cause one terminal on the capacitor to melt. The capacitor still tested fine but he recommended that he replace it in case there was unseen damage inside that might cause it to fail later. Best part is that he found that the part was still under warranty (for 5 months more) so that saved me money. Ron is always pleasant and willing to share information about my system and it is a pleasure to have him service my system. Climatic is definitely my go-to company for HVAC.Services: HVAC system repair

Sonny Swann and his remarkable team have been providing my family with flawless HVAC service for over 10 years. But, I figured I may have just been expecting too much when I phoned for help on New Year's Eve. Our heating had gone out and my four-year-old grandson was visiting. Climatic quickly dispatched a very cheerful Allen Ruths who managed to diagnose the problem in record time and get the heat back on. Allen and Climatic surely made our New Year celebration happier.
