Tuesday I got my Kia Forte stuck in the mud in my back yard. It was really buried. I called AAA and they sent Joe's Towing. Frankie came and assessed the situation and had me out within an Hour. Frankie's a nice young man who did a great job. Thank you Joe's Towing.

The driver was very friendly and was very helpful when he offered to assist me with walking to my secure spot. I am handicapped and have difficulty walking. I don’t remember the driver’s name but he was very professional and explained things to me. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Driver called as soon as he got the work order from AAA . Said he would arrive in 20 minutes. He was a bit early. Changed the tire put all the tools back the way they were and loaded the flat tire in the back of the SUV so I could take it to be repaired . Finished in record time. Great experience!!
