Meike helped me today. I received a estimate on two pairs of glasses. She was very patient and kind.She went over several options with Me. I will be going back Friday when she is there to purchase them.

The lady Meike is extremely nasty rude has absolutely no manners. I would never shop there again as long as that lady works there. Management need to get rid of her immediately before they loose all of their customers

Very poor customer service. I felt as if I were an inconvenience to the woman that helped me. I didn't mind that she came rushing in late to open but I did mind the way I was spoken too. I was never rude and was only there for 3 or 4 minutes. I will NEVER go there or the Tappahannock store again.
