Dr. Broaddus and her amazing staff (Paige, Kayla, Kristen, and several others) took incredible care of my baby, Creampuff, when she needed her gallbladder removed. The surgery consultation was very thorough and I never felt rushed, Dr. Broaddus and Paige took almost an hour to plan out the procedure and aftercare with me and answer all of my questions. The day of surgery I was a nervous wreck and they made sure to put me and Creampuff both at ease, I was kept updated and sent home with everything I needed to help her recover. They even offered ways to stay in contact over the Christmas holiday weekend, which was amazing though I didn’t need to use it. From start to finish they made a difficult few weeks as easy as they could and showed my dog as much love as I do. Cannot thank them enough! You’re putting your pets in good hands at this practice.
My cat is being treated for inflammatory bowel disease and Dr. Austin and staff have been great trying to determine precisely what was going on with our cat. He's had a follow up visit and is doing great and is gaining weight.
Had a consultation this morning for my dogs back legs! Very informative and friendly staff! so could hear them in the back speaking so kindly to my already anxious dog. I was very comfortable speaking about my concerns and felt heard! a highly recommend!
