“I've had three other small tattoos done by other local shops and this was by far the best experience I've had, I had Heather as my tattoo artist and she was phenomenal she freehand drew my fine line olive branch tattoo as well as a Bible verse in my grandads handwriting and it's definitely the best piece I have, the others I've gotten from other places all have their imperfections even for how small they are, she put on clean straight lines and a beautiful design, all my tattoos I've gotten I wanted to be fine line and this is the only one I've gotten that I feel was actually that. She was very comforting and kind to me even though I was nervous. Went with my friend who was using another artist and all the artists there were super nice definitely the most welcoming place I've been to as-well. This is the best shop around and I 100% recommend going here, after my previous tattoos I thought that I should expect mistakes and imperfections and that they are normal and unavoidable but my tattoo done here is perfect and not a thing I would change about it and I'm super grateful to have such a beautiful piece on me

“My granddaughter wanted ears pierced. She was so excited. She picked her earrings out. ( Black diamonds) She gets the first one done. She crys saying it hurt and stings. ( Which it does). She doesn't want to do the other one at this time. Jeremy aka the Jerm. Was so gentle and kind with her her. Tells the the her when she is ready come on back .. Fast forward to the next Thursday we go. Only she and I go in yet she's already. However we go in the room she panics. She asked him if her family ( my mom, her brother and cousin) come in. He said of course. We all put our hands on her and prayed. She got it done!!! I want to give a big shout out to Jeremy at the Mechanicsville location a big shout out. You were so amazing with her. From the moment I entered, the most cheerful and kind and positive person met me and my sis to get us started and make the whole process easy and enjoyable for us on our girls day out. It's amazing how the 1st impression upon entering a place can really make or break an experience... and this was the best experience by far I have had in a tattoo and piercing place. If that's not enough already, the 2nd person that helped us was also incredibly kind and cheerful and easy going and knowledgeable. He was so helpful on guiding us on what was best for us while still considering our interests. This man's name was Matt and the 1st woman who was at the front desk was Lily Graham. As a person who believes in And loves Jesus, many of these kinds of businesses can be highly offensive.. honestly why it's taken me so long to go back to any tattoo/piercing place to get another... but this place is incredibly family friendly, without the myraids of grotesque pictures all over the wall.. instead most are really just artistic, fun and creative and interesting... so many cool things to look at too! Seriously.. they even have tiara! This is the place yo go for any reason., esp if you are a believer and a family person. :) with those two being my first experience here tho... seriously this place can't go wrong.. they are gold and a rare find! There was also this woman that was crossed paths with a couple of times while we were there named Lindsay and she made a point to genuinely connect with us each time. Such incredible people ❤️. Now for the climax of this entire stay... The tattoo artist who did our piercings was above anything we could of even known to anticipate. Her calm and happy manner was genuine and palpable.. she had a charisma that lit up the room, and a professional knowledge and ease that she executed with precision and in a non hurried perfect pace. She even offered us juice at the end.. my sister commented that she could be a surgeon. Lol. I told her I felt like she is the only person that should do piercings ever. Haha. I'm floored by our experience today.. its an incredible highlight of our family time together that we will remember and cherish for the rest of our lives. As we left every single one of them were up there just as amazing as at the start of our visit. Just really beautiful and "real" and gifted individuals. I count it a pleasure and honor to of gone there over another place because I can't imagine EVER going anywhere else!“

“I visited Richmond Tattoo Club today to get a tattoo from Zoe. The shop is beautiful and very clean. Zoe went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy, especially when it came to the design and placement of the tattoo. “I was recommended this shop by an acquaintance at a store near me! I had been struggling to find an affordable and understanding shop. I walk in a little tight on money and called prior. Let me tell you, Jay is a ray of sunshine and a complete honor to be around. He radiates happiness and good vibes. I consulted with Jay and introduced to Colter. He had a walk in tattoo before me and I waited patiently. Not an issue at all considering we were all walk ins. Once Colter finishes up, he consults with me more and sets up. The professionalism and above and beyond nature of Colter and everyone on the team is well worth it. Connection is a big thing for me as well. Cary Street tattoo should be a no brainer! “I got my tattoo done by Morgan, and it was amazing. I love the tattoo so much, and she is so nice. The entire process up to getting the tattoo was easy for me, and Morgan was super kind. The shop was so cool inside; it had a goth vibe, but I prefer a darker area, so it worked out. I came late to my appointment due to traffic but was still able to be seen, and they were very understanding. I liked how the shop was empty when I got my tattoo, so no one could watch me struggling. She offered to finish it another day if it hurt too much, but I pushed through it. This was my first tattoo, and Morgan helped a lot. She dry + wet wiped, answered all my questions and concerns without judgment, which made me feel comfortable overall. The tattoo has healed well and has maintained its darkness.“
