I recommend you be very careful with your co-pays. I had 10 visits paid my $40 co-pay in cash each timeand ended up being billed $400. The receptionist or someone must have pocketed the money, was never given or offered a receipt.
Very confusing to find on Atlee Road. Nice people but very confusing to me. Had bad experience in finding due to poor signage and NOONE seemed to know how to find OP therapy location. Finally gave up after 60 minutes and canceled and this was not first time to have this problem. I will not go for this reason. I have called referring doc and complained. Will not go again!!!!
Sheltering Arms is known for being a good PT location for patients. I don't go here for PT, but my mom and I both see Doctors here. My mom has been a patient of Dr. Hawkins/Erin NP for a few years now. I started seeing Dr. Makon almost a year ago for migraines here and I'm so glad Dr. Hawkins gave the recommendation to see her as a physician. Dr. Makon really takes the time to listen to patients concerns, answers the patient portal pretty quick and if you leave a message she returns the call and is very thorough! I love having her as my Dr because I feel she really has my best interest and my migraines have improved seeing being under her care. The physicians... read full review
