The customer service is not set up with the flexibility for small business owners. You should make sure that you have the Time and contract expertise to understand and follow every detail of the contracts because there is no forgiveness when you off by a day. I can only imagine that when you need resolution to an issue that the same flexibility is pervasive throughout the company. What started out as very good experience hoping to use technology turned into a multi thousand dollar mistake. We have been using MarinaGo for 6 months and could not be happier! The program has been easy to use and the transition was smooth due to the team at Scribble. The service has been terrific. If you're looking for a way to streamline the operation and daily management of your harbor/marina...it's the way to go!
