I got a quote on Tuesday, and they were on site doing the work Friday of the same week.Victor deals with integrity. He turned down a painting job because the surface wasn't aged enough to accept the paint and would have been ruined within a few weeks. I didn't know that. He could have had extra money, but chose to explain why the job was a bad idea. He'll definitely be getting my business again when the paint job is ready to be done properly.I cannot recommend this company highly enough.“

“Alden and his team did a great job installing a new roof for us. Balancing the weather and a short time frame from us they did a beautiful job of respecting our property, giving us a great new roof and leaving our yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. They literally picked up a few branches that had fallen from some wind a few days before they got here. The funniest thing about the two days they were here was having a competitor repeatedly drive by to stop and stare. Perhaps that company learned a few things...“

“I've had multiple companies come to inspect the flat roof, some of which didn't even want to physically inspect it but rather just flew a drone (and they could not find any issues). These guys were hands down the most thorough, detailed, and genuinely caring about doing the work right and ensuring customer satisfaction. They spent time inspecting it in detail, keeping me informed, and then going above and beyond to fix it.

They alone brought up the aesthetics, ensuring that their repairs did not impact the condo unit on the inside, and provided solutions on how that could be prevented or dealt with. They communicate very well and promptly. Adam, who did the work, was exceptional; I could not have been happier with his demeanor, effort, and the quality of work he delivered.

It is very hard to find services today that are not mediocre, where people take pride in the work they do and do not rush through it. These guys are old school - quality of work over quantity.

I would recommend this company to everyone and would hire them again for any roof work.

“There is nothing traditional about my 1962 Norfolk home, which required a flat rubber membrane roof that is closer to a commercial project than a residential replacement. From the start, Chandler’s Bryan Lynch proved to be the consummate contractor. After obtaining multiple estimates, his price was not only the fairest, but in the end, he delivered day after day throughout the process. This was a monster job, taking more than a week, and it was all the more challenging because of 60-year-old skylights, new metal trim required around the 4,000-square-foot roofline, and sections with rotted timbers. Bryan was present (from Richmond) every day, while his crew (led by the ever-smiling Lionel) worked at warp speed to get the job done. Roofing is never a “sexy” home improvement, like a new patio or fresh windows. I mean, you can hardly see it, right?
