My daughter had an appointment on Tues and became sick Monday night. I called as soon as the office opened Tues morning to inform them we would not be able to make it. The receptionist told me she would have to check with Dr. Khara to see if she could reschedule us…… (thought that was odd?) She called me back several hours later and informed me that “this time” we can reschedule. But if we missed this appointment they could not make time for us in the future……??. She chipped my bottom middle tooth and hurt me the whole time she had her hands in my mouth. I made it known she was hurting me but she continued on like I was being overly dramatic. She is the reason I am scared of dentists and will not goto one anymore.
