On Sept. 19, I saw a new P.A. there, Jessica Joyce. She was thorough in checking me over and did ask about my history with basal skin cancers. She did find a condition that I was unaware of and prescribed a steroid ointment. I’m grateful that she diagnosed this so it can be treated. I found her to be thorough and professional. A much better experience with Jessica than I’d had with another doctor, who apparently is leaving the practice.
Prescription bottle said could refill once. Insurance changed and needed to go to different pharmacy to refill. Dr refused to call in the refill without coming in and paying for office visit. Ridiculous! Lost several patients as a result.
Kind, efficient, and timely. In and out faster than an other doctors appointment in my life. Excellent service.
