Where to even start singing praises of how wonderful Dr. Bates and his staff are? There’s absolutely no way I see anyone being able to say anything remotely negative about his practice, unless they’re a career complainer or something. Ha ha okay but seriously, I hadn’t been to a dentist in years because I just wasn’t finding one I liked and most places the staff don’t seem very enthused to be there. My mom, sister and stepdad are all established patients with Dr. Bates already, so my mom referred me, my husband, and my 6 year old son. Now, our entire family goes to him and we ALL could not be more pleased with the care we’ve received. He is the first dentist I’ve been to that I didn’t feel a giant novocaine needle going into my gums and that in itself said enough! He is very gentle, patient, and his personality is absolutely adorable! From the time we check in to the time we leave, we always feel like family there. As long as Dr. Bates is in practice with his stellar staff, that’s where we’re going!!

Dr. Bates is the first Dentist in my 60 years of life that I didn't feel the needle going in for the Novacaine. I truly appreciate the kindness of his staff also! I have finally found a Dentist that I like again! I want to add to my above statement. I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Thatch also and she is an amazing doctor too. The Hygienist that I had recently was so kind and helpful to me. I enjoyed our visit and talk about the birds plus our dogs. I would like to say Thank you to the Ladies at the front desk! They were extremely helpful to my sister and I.

Dr. Bates and his staff are wonderful. They are so caring and make you feel like you are a part of their dental family.
