Used to be a fantastic company but customer service has fallen off a cliff. Bought a computer less than a year ago. WiFi board is apparently bad. They only allow 15 minute appointments. Technician hurried husband in and out and told him repair would be approximately $100. I tried reaching out to ask about potential warranty but they don’t respond to emails or voicemails. I ended up taking it to a company in Richmond that is phenomenal. Customer service is important. You might have great technicians but if they lack in customer service skills and failure to return calls or emails, that is a deal breaker for me. Sorry. Very nice staff. They are knowledgeable and easily fixed my issue. Quick service, great prices!
Would love to have given them more but I got no value from my visit. Took my laptop in for keys that were no longer functioning. Described all of the self diagnostic that I performed already. My computer was there for day and a half. It was returned in the same condition. No repairs, with a description of diagnostics that I already tried and a statement that disassembly would be too difficult. (That's why I brought it to "professionals!)$50 later...recommendation for a USB keyboard which I could have done myself.
