Bi was so nice, customer service was on point. It’s very clean there. Kept a smile the whole time she was doing my pedicure with pride. They haven’t been open long but I found a new spot.
Let's start with I just got a mani-pedi at Escape Nails in Midlothian a little under 2 weeks ago for the first time ever. I wanted to do it again because I enjoyed it the first time but I went to Star Nails instead because I read about them being under new management and how good things were. I walked in and instantly got seated by Amy to get started on my pedicure. She was such a sweetheart, she took her time and was very detailed. The service is excellent, the staff is very polite and friendly, they interact with you while they are working making sure you are comfortable and offer something to drink. I've been going for a little over a year and was never disappointed.
