Bell Creek Veterinary Hospital is a compassionate and efficient business that treats both pets and their owners with kindness and respect. The staff are pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing excellent care while ensuring a smooth and quick appointment process. The office itself had such a lovely atmosphere and the staff were wonderful. Everyone at this facility is so professional and caring! The vet did work with them on using another med to help. They are great overall.
I love this place!! Everyone and I mean EVERYONE is kind, friendly and helpful. All of the people that work there are valued by the docs and you can tell everyone respects the docs. And they’re really good at what they do.
Really caring team of people. Dr. O'Berry was very attentive, listened and answered our many questions, and spent most of his time on the floor with our dog. During a time when our dog was sick, they made the experience less stressful.
The staff was busy taking care of emergency situations the day we were there. We waited, which was fine, because those animals needed help fast!
When we were seen with our tiny, sick cockatiel, it was nothing short of AMAZING care! Everyone from front desk to Dr. was kind, apologetic for our wait, fun and funny, and clearly experts in animal--and exotics--care. Our little bird, the last of 4 rescued cockatiels we've loved for 17 years, received skilled, loving care from everyone at the clinic. We are so lucky to have them only an hour from home.
