I just had Bear Mechanical come and check my AC. Brett and Scott were extremely nice and professional and I did not feel as though I was getting the runaround. Would highly recommend! Many thanks to Brett and Scott who completed the work!

Great Company!!! Adam S. was our technician and he was amazing! Thorough, detailed, professional! We called due to high humidity levels in our home, we explained what we were experiencing and he listened with open ears. He explained he'll first look under the house to rule out everything and with the temperature being 90 degrees today, he did not hesitate to go under and check everything! Ended up being the refrigerant was slightly low, he added a couple pounds, check the reading (before and after) and BINGO we started to feel some relief. It's been just over an hour since he left and the humidity has dropped 3%, YAY! We asked his expertise on few other things... read full review
