My daughter and I both had recent appointments at this location, and our experiences were largely positive. Olivia was incredibly kind and helpful, and Dr. Townsend was outstanding—extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did our pre-tests but she was wonderful as well. We felt well taken care of.
The only downside was the front desk staff. While they weren’t rude, they were rather quiet and lacked the warmth and friendliness that would have made the experience even better.
Overall, I would still highly recommend this location and have already recommended it to my coworkers.
Lexi is a very kind young lady . I knew nothing about glasses at all she was very helpful and full of knowledge.....I would go back main reason would be her way of making me feel relaxed about a big change with having to get glasses.
Everyone here is very welcoming and super friendly! This was the best experience I’ve had at any eye doctor. Antonio has the best customer service skills and Dr. Townsend is amazing! He took his time, did not rush and made sure answer any questions that I had. Would definitely recommend coming here!
