I have brought my puppy to this location 3-4 times now for shots, and finally his neutering. Overall, our experience has been good, however, when I picked him up from being neutered he had poop crusted in his paws all in between his toes. He was freshly bathed when we dropped him off, so it was definitely from the few hours he was there. I understand he’s a dog and this is somewhere that other dogs are, so it’s not going to be the standard of cleanliness we would have for people. However, I found it worrisome that I dropped him off for a surgery and he was returned to me clearly having sat in poop for some time. Value vet is great!!! We have three dogs and two cats so we find ourselves at the vet quite often. Over the last couple years it seemed like I could never escape our local vet with spending $500, no matter what what going on. We moved over to Value Vet about a year ago, we have been very happy with both the McLean and Falls Church locations.

I was very happy with the services received. My puppy needed a spay as well as a hernia repair. She also had three baby teeth needing removal. The cost was very good. Staff were clearly caring and communicated well. I would definitely use them for services in the future.
