Fabiola Balcazar is my absolute favorite! I've been going to her for the past 15 years and will not trust anyone else with my blowdry, cuts or highlights! I love her to death and she is the absolute best! You will not regret going to her! She is very sweet and knows what she is doing! Truly a darling!
