Milthon has helped us out on several occasions and does great work. Paint, trim work, drywall, caulking, and lots of various other random house projects have been done and we’re extremely happy with it all.
These folks were right on time (while I was stuck in a little traffic) and had all the right equipment to do the job properly. This was a lighting fixture that I was trying to troubleshoot. Turns out it was something simple but it gave me great peace of mind that the gentleman checked the outlet and all the parts to insure power was getting to the bulb. A little rotation with the bulb and he was able to get the fixture lit again. I already played with it, but it took the magic touch I guess! Very pleasant and competent, gave me a deal on the job and I couldn't be happier.
