I am not sure if it is possible to adequately put in words what an amazing experience we had buying our first, and probably forever, home with Kari. Kari came highly recommended from friends we trust, and exceeded all expectations. Extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of buying or selling in the northern Virginia area, what sets her apart is her approach to her clients. As we knew we were going to be unable to be present in the area when we knew we wanted to buy, she worked with us for two years as we prepared to make the biggest financial decision of our lives - showing us countless places just to better understand what we wanted. We always knew we could rely on her to be there when we needed her. When the time came to buy, Kari was ready! She is extremely on point about how to make a competitive but fair offer. And when ours got accepted, we will never forget the joy in her voice when she told us the news. We had a true friend and teammate in Kari, and we fully endorse her! We will also add that she was a great advocate in helping us use our VA loan, even though it isn't always easy in this market; and her ability to support clients who aren't always able to view in person was outstanding.
