I made An online appointment and received an email saying they would review my request and confirm. They did not so I called 3 days prior. No one answers the phone. The voicemail was full. I emailed. No reply. I finally reached them by phone and they confirmed the time. I arrived and the door was locked. When I called I got A text that Ruby was running late. Then that she wasn’t coming and had to reschedule. Then I’ll call you right back and they never did. The place looks sketchy. It’s a sketchy looking dentist office with a hand drawn sign added for them. I have concerns whether it’s a legitimate business. Don’t bother emailing or calling. She never returns calls or emails. I guess she doesn’t want business. Go somewhere else where they treat you respectfully
Ruby is great! I get laser hair removal and Hydrofacial and it’s always a great experience. Laser works well and Hydro makes your skin feel so refreshed.
